Hamia Business handles your customer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, LINE, Viber, and website chat, and includes content creation and social posting. Hamia Education is a tool an individual teacher uses to run their own classes and courses, with live video, audio, and self paced sessions, plus a course marketplace. Hamia Shop and Hamia Pay are in development. Hamia API gives developers direct access to the technology behind Hamia Business.

Hamia Business replies to your customers automatically across every channel you connect, from WhatsApp and Instagram to Telegram and your website chat widget. It answers questions, shares prices, takes orders, sends invoices, and books appointments around the clock. When a conversation needs a real person, it hands off to you seamlessly, with no interruption to the customer.

A teacher applies, gets verified, and creates a class as self paced sessions, live audio, or live video, with a course code or a marketplace listing students can join. Hamia Education generates assignments and marking schemes from the class content and can grade student submissions automatically. Students browse the course marketplace, join with a code, or buy direct access to a class, with progress and attendance tracked for every session they attend.

Hamia Business supports WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, LINE, Viber, and your website chat widget today, with email and phone call support coming soon. It also posts content and replies to comments on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok on your behalf.

Yes. You can take over any conversation at any time, or pause automatic replies for one specific customer without affecting anyone else. The switch is invisible to the customer. From their side, the conversation just continues.

Yes. Hamia Business responds in whatever language your customer writes in, automatically, with no separate translation step or setup required.

Every class is one of three formats: a self paced session guided step by step, a live audio session, or a live video session with a real waiting room the teacher controls. Teachers set their own schedule, from a single class to a full term, and Hamia Education computes a real minimum price for the class based on the format and how many sessions it actually runs.

Hamia Shop is a marketplace for individual sellers, currently in development. It is not live yet, and shop.hamia.io shows an honest placeholder in the meantime rather than a partial product.

Hamia Pay is payment infrastructure for businesses already running on Hamia, currently in development. It is not live yet, and pay.hamia.io shows an honest coming soon page in the meantime. Hamia Business and Hamia Education already accept real payments today through Paystack and Flutterwave.

A conversation is one customer thread, no matter how many messages it takes to resolve. You're never billed per message. Every plan includes a set number of conversations per month, and higher tiers include more. On plans marketed as unlimited, usage is backed by a fair use policy, so genuine business use is never capped without warning.

Joining as a teacher is free. Hamia takes a 30 percent commission on paid classes on the free Regular tier, or 20 percent on the $99 per month Premium tier, which also raises how many classes you can run each month and speeds up your payout. Regular teachers still get a real, bounded free allowance for AI generated class reviews and assignments each month, not a one time trial.

Creating a student account is free, and a student's first class is full access, including live video. Starting with the second class, access steps down to encourage upgrading to a paid class or course, while text based access never goes away. Paid classes and courses are priced individually by the teacher, above a real minimum Hamia sets for that class.

We accept major cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Nigerian and Ghanaian businesses and teachers are paid through Paystack, other African countries through Flutterwave, with more payment options rolling out for the rest of the world.
